Tosha known as Coach T is a certified Transformation Life Coach. Tosha has held various roles in her professional career with excessive experience working with different individuals and groups.

Tosha is the founder of the non-profit organization House of Empowerment, Inc., established in 2012. Her primary passion lies in fostering growth and empowerment in women and girls, aiming to help individuals lead fulfilling and holistic lives. Additionally, in 1993, she started the youth organization F.A.I.T.H (Focused and Inspiring Teen Heights) while living in Savannah, GA. She dedicated her time to mentoring girls between the ages of 11 and 17 in her hometown.

​Tosha's overarching mission is to prioritize God, live purposefully, and excel in all areas of life while positively impacting the world around her.

In her professional career, she dedicated 25 years to Southern Company, which has been recognized as one of America's top large employers. Now is the CEO and Broker of her Insurance Agency, Diversified Insurance, offering solutions for auto, home, health, commercial and pet insurance. She is also an advocate for Senior Citizens.

Additionally, Tosha serves as the Vice President of CLM Commercial Cleaning Concepts and Priority Commercial Cleaning Solutions

She is a wife and mother of two beautiful children. Her coaching and speaking journey started with the desire to help people release themselves from their comfort zone and teach them how to step into rediscovering their best lives after age 40.​

Tosha specializes as a Transformational Life Coach, offering guidance and support to a diverse range of clients, including married and single women, and teens. Her ability to encourage women at various stages of life and help teens develop a foundation in basic financial literacy sets her apart. With her expertise, Tosha makes a meaningful impact, empowering her clients to achieve their full potential.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership with a minor in Communications, graduating Cum Laude from Mercer University. She has also obtained certification in Supervision and Management from the University of Georgia, and a Certified Transformational Life Coach, 2019.
